This error will appear if the designer is trying to connect to an old IP address, but can no longer find the administrator IP:



To solve this issue:

  1. Open the "Graffix Pro Studio 3.0 Activator" application (can be found by clicking the Windows button on the desktop and typing "Graffix" into the search bar). 
  2. Click on the "Update Options" button.
  3. Close and restart GPS. 


Note: It may take a minute to load after doing these steps.
